Franziska brings with her a wide range of experience in the field of knowledge and technology transfer and heads the WTT staff unit at Justus Liebig University in Giessen. She was not only involved in the conception of StartMiUp, but already in the development of the ECM. In addition, Franziska worked as a start-up consultant at the IHK Gießen-Friedberg. Her most important advice to founders is therefore: "Find the balance: get advice and save some mistakes of others - but don't plan and discuss endlessly, but do it and get started!"
